The area under the jurisdiction of this station is located in the north of Puli Basin, in the geographical center of Taiwan, with an altitude of 420m~550m.
The main irrigation water source is Mei River and Beigang River upstream of Wu River, and the remaining canal diverts water from mountain streams, with an irrigation area of 1,661 hectares.
